Question: DEAR DR. XXXXXXX RYNNE, MY NAME IS XXXXXXX AND I HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING AN ERECTION NOW AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF HAVING SEVERAL SURGERY'S ON MY HEART AND MY BRAIN. I AM TOTALLY FINE NOW, BUT FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A STRONG ERECTION AND I AM WORRIED NOW THAT I AM STARTING TO DATE WOMEN AFTER MY EX WIFE AND I JUST GOT A DIVORCE A FEW YEARS AGO!!! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE WITH ME??? WHY CAN'T I GET A STRONG ERECTION ANY MORE LIKE I USE TOO??? I AM 56 YEARS OLD NOW, BUT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM, AS MY FATHER ALWAYS HAD A GREAT SEX LIFE UNTIL HE DIED WHEN HE WAS 65!!! SO DO YOU KNOW HOW I CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM WITH MY BAD ERECTIONS NOW AND I THERE A DRUG OR SOME THING ELSE I CAN DO TO HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM WITH ME??? The reason could be the drugs which you might be using post-op, lack of stamina or physical activities.

I think cialis (prescription drug) should help you. But please take care that you are not using nitrates for your cardiac condition.

The goid thing about the drug is that it is relatively safer then viagra and has a long half life. Single dose works for 2 days. So there is no need to take the drug repeatedly.
