Brief Answer:
Discuss with your prescribing doctor about it

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

You are on two medications which can cause erectile problems. hydrochlorthiazide and metoprolol. these drugs are essential for controlling your blood pressure.

Possible strategy is to remove the drugs causing erectile dysfunction. that can be possible by taking only olmisartan without the H component and reducing the dose of starpress xl 50 mg to 25 mg if possible..these all should be done only after discussion with your cardiologist otherwise your BP may increase to high level.

If these dose adjustment cant be possible then you have to go for drugs that causes erection like sildenafil/tadafil etc which are available in the market. another option is alprostadil suppository. both of these drugs have tendency to decrease the BP and specifically if you are on antihypertensive then it may cause even fainting while sex.. so extreme precaution should be taken while prescribing and taking the drugs..

another safe option here would be penile vacuum pump.that is safe option but vacuum can not be kept for long [for more than half an hour] in the penis otherwise it can cause permanent damage to penile tissues. Its usage is easy to understand and perform .. you just require caution initially..

All of these you should discuss with your cardilogist and consult a sexologist who will guide you through best treatment option. these are just suggestions. do not take any drugs or devices without consultations.

I hope this will be helpful to you,..if you have further query then feel free to ask..wishing you a good health..
