Brief Answer:
I personally do not recommend them.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

The efficacy and safety of penis rings is not fully established. And there are no specific clinical research evidence supported by health authorities recommending them. I personally do not recommend them.

Regarding medications- First the cause for your erectile dysfunction needs to be established and then we can initiate appropriate treatment. For this, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess. Today’s research indicates that a move toward individualizing the dosing of prescription agents is warranted and it can happen only after physical consultation.

1) Understand your explanation of limited research and evidence related to a penis ring; however, if I tried it... could it produce a clot by restricting the blood flow? I'm not asking if it will work to produce a harder errection.

2) Of course, I'd see a doctor for meds. Are you serious? But think about something...
If I took the route of only seeing a doctor, why would I need you for advice? I had hoped that you'd provide me with information related to the meds that you thought were safest, and with the least side effects!

Your explanation was not satisfactory, and most disappointing to say the least. Why would anyone need a site like this for consultation, when they've received a response like the one you've provided?

Brief Answer:
I am sorry but

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am really sorry that you were not satisfied. But, even I am helpless since no doctor can provide completely safe medication for this kind of problem without physical examination. I do not think that the site's intention is to provide complete medical treatment without physical examination.

Regarding your questions, here are my answers-

I had hoped that you'd provide me with information related to the meds that you thought were safest, and with the least side effects!
First of all, cause needs to be established before thinking of any meds. In your case , the cause of erectile dysfunction has not been found yet, which can happen only after physical consultation. And, there are no such medications which can be used in all individuals with least side effects. However, there are medications like sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil but should be decided with physical examination findings and should be given only under direct supervision, so that dosage can be adjusted appropriately depending upon the response and side effects of patient

could it produce a clot by restricting the blood flow?

There may be chance if improperly used. That is the reason I have mentioned that safety has not been established with clinical research studies by health authorities.

I am sorry again if you were disappointed with my answer.

Take Care!

It was neither my intention for you to prescribe medication, nor to provide medical treatment without an exam. I simply wanted your opinion if there was a safe med that has caused no side effects. That's it! Of course, I will get examined, and consult with a physician; however, I like to educate myself before doing so.
