At the outset I would suggest you to see that your diabetes is under control ..
Taking Sildenafil (Viagra) one hour before sex will help you to get ood erecction to have penetrative enjoyable sex .

You have to start with 50 mg and if it fails to achieve desired hard erection may increase it to 100 mg .

If the erection last more than 4 hours what to do ?

i dont have any heart problem and not taking meidine , i have cloestoral and taking tablet the same. and want to know still i can go for sidenatil
