Brief Answer:
Please provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In epilepsy the seizure control depends upon diagnosis, lesion and drugs.
Your brother is being given 2 anti epileptics at present.
What is the diagnosis at present?
What is MRI and EEG report?
You can upload prescription of doctor and imaging jpeg.
You can also upload a video of event for better analysis.
Usually the control occurs in few weeks in most cases but in few the epilepsy may be resistant and may require multiple drugs or operative intervention.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further details.

Brief Answer:
Wait for few weeks and then consider for addition of new drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can wait atleast 3-4 weeks after last drug added to look for benefits.
If seizures are not controlled then either dose of drugs or introduction of new drug should be considered.
Lacosamide may be added if benefit is not substantial.
You can upload Mri and eeg reports and prescription for further analysis.
