Brief Answer:
No need to worry much for this abnormalities.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.

You are having slightly high cholesterol and LDL. But this is being managed through diet modification and exercise. So at present, no need to take any lipid lowering drugs. Avoid fatty and oily food. Do regular aerobic exercise like swimming, cycling and jogging. Get done repeat lipid profile after 1-2 months.

About your prostate size, it is enlarged. So you might be having problems like frequent urination, burning, not able to urinate completely etc.
Possibility of age related BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy) is more. So you may need treatment for it.

About pleural thickening, I want to know few things. Did you have pleural effusion or tuberculosis in the past? Are you having any symptoms at present like chest pain, cough, fever?
Because thickened pleura is mostly due to healing of effusion or tuberculosis.

So please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
