Brief Answer:
Following causes to high transaminases

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
There are many causes to elevated enzymes including:
- drinking alcohol
- obesity
- high cholesterol levels
- hepatitis B or C

I advise to run:
- lipid profile testing
- hepatitis testing

to see if anything is wrong.

If nothing, then, :
- stop drinking alcohol
- reduce weight if you are overweight/obese
- eat healthy
- be more physically active

After 6 weeks, re-check your transaminases level again for changes.

Hope it helped!
