Suggest Treatment For Elevated Diaphragm

Question: my 78yr old husband has an elevated diaphram and the right side of his heart is not beating in sequence with the left side. he has an appt with a heart specailist and one with an internist but he is not going to keep the appt with the internest. could these symptoms be indicative of a serious condition and is it a probable serious condition

A congenitally elevated diaphragm is not something to be worried about. But if it has occurred recently, it may be due to collapse of the lower lobe of the lung and requires to be investigated.
If you could upload his chet Xray and EKG , I would opine whether his heart condition is to be worried about.
