Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that the high Cholesterol can be controlled as well as can be reverted back to normal by following strict healthy lifestyle habits like exercising and eating healthy avoid smoking.

But the blockage in your arteries cannot be reverted back to normal however the progression of the disease can be controlled and slowed down witht he help of proper medications and following healthy lifestyle habits.

Healthy lifestyle includes:

1. Daily brisk morning walks for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week
2. No Smoking
3. Eating good amount of fresh fruits and vegetable daily.
4. Avoid consumption of food containing saturated fats.
5. Avoiding excessive consumption of caffiene containing drinks

I hope this information will be helpful.

How do i reduce my 60% blockage in my LAD down to a lower level?

If the 60% blockage can't be reversed, how serious is that amount of blockage?
