Brief Answer:
SGPT may be increased due to dyslipidemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

Your findings suggests raised SGPT,GGT,bilirubin and SGOT level.
Increased SGPT,GGT,bilirubin level indicates liver injury.Increase in SGPT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

Increase in SGPT may be due to dyslipidemia.Cholesterol level is towards upper limit.Triglyceride level is also raised.

Ultrasound of abdomen should be done to assess liver.

I suggest my patients to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It will help in regeneration of liver cells.

You should modify your diet and life style. You should increase your physical activity and go for brisk walk.

You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.

If lipid level are persistently raised then you may need statins.

Serum vitamin D3 level is also decreased. You need vitamin D3 supplementation. One tablet should be taken weekly for 6 weeks. Then one tablet should be taken once monthly for four months.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
