Brief Answer:
Could be due to UTI secondary to Enlarged Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI secondary to Enlarged Prostate .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.

1) Do you have obstructive urinary symptoms like increased frequency for urination ,urgency, hesitancy ,poor stream, nocturnal frequency etc preceding few months before this episode of UTI.?
2) Are you diabetic?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and Urine culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen.
3) Trans Rectal Ultrasound scanning
4) CT Scan or MRI of abdomen and Pelvis.(If required ).

Raised PSA is something that has to be investigated thoroughly and may be due to one of the following three reasons.
1) Acute Prostatitis .
2) Enlarged prostate
3) Cancer of the prostate.

Please take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report for 2 weeks and repeat Serum PSA .If it reflects to be more than 4 you may need to get Multicore Ultrasound Guided Biopsy of the prostate done to rule out cancer of the prostate.
.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
