Suggest Treatment For Eczematous Rash On The Skin

Question: I have recently been informed that an ex partner has herpes and it was a very high rating? I don't know what the rating means but I've notice skin problems from time to time that I blew off as heat rash. What can I use to help with symptoms and how serious can it get

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is not herpes virus infection.
It seems to be an eczematous rash. Herpes doesn't have this kind of presentation.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching along with a steroidal preparation like Clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This will resolve the rash.
Steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

That relieves some concern. I also was curious about fever blisters. I was ill these past couple of days with what felt like a stomach bug. I had diarrhea, but I also had a sore throat, slight cough, and then cold sores on/ inside my lip. A few formed actually. I haven't been able to get to the dr. yet. Do I need antibiotics or can this run its course? It feels, like strep or flu. I just can't get to the dr. at the moment.

No need of antibiotics if the symptoms are not severe

Detailed Answer:
You don't need to take antibiotics if it is not causing too much discomfort.
These symptoms seem to be due to viral infection and will take their course before settling.
If they are severe you should consult a doctor for taking symptomatic treatment.
Otherwise just keep them under observation.
For the sores on the lips you can apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment twice daily for 3-5 days.

Ok one more question. From what I hear my ex had over 600 hundred count of the herpes virus 2. She didn't get sick until after we were together and she was with other people. If I've had cold sores but nothing on my bottom region, would it be possible I'm not infected or as infected?

Most probably infected but it can be subclinical

Detailed Answer:
If you have had cold sores it means you are infected most probably even if you didn't have genital lesions.
Sometimes even an infected person doesn't present with signs and symptoms of infection as it is subclinical.
Such kind of subclinical infection can be confirmed by blood tests.
