Hello,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern.

Lesions as on photograph point towards dry eczema.

Avoid using harsh soap and hot water bath.Use loose cotton clothes only.

In case there is itching take oral antihistamincs like cetrizine.Apply a steroid antibioitic combination like fucibet or flutibact over the lesions two to three times daily till the lesion cures.
