Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve (s).

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

There may be upper cervical spine degenerative disease that is causing your symptoms, that seem to be caused by pinched nerves that exit at upper cervical level and supply back, side and top to forehead. ( occipital neuralgia.)

Shoulder and wrist pain could be related to lower cervical spine levels affected by herniated disc disease or degenerative changes of the cervical column ( pinched nerve (s).

This is supported by preventing known neck arthritis.

Lifting continuously a baby can worsen and trigger the symptoms.

In my opinion, you should examined further clinically by your primary care Doctor and by imaging studies of your neck (x-rays and MRI of the cervical spine) in order to have a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends on the correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for the clarifications.

Besides migraine and torn tendon years ago, that pain distribution and intensity is most probably by pinched nerve(s).

Examinations mentioned before are needed to confirm or exclude this possibility.

Hope I helped you.

Best regards.
