Question: Could you offer your advice to me? I have dysuria and sores

Based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it seems that you have infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments .
1) did you have unprotected Vaginal or Oral sex very recently ?
2) Do you have any discharge from penis ?

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

I am actually a female. I have had unprotected sex with my same partner recently, which is nothing unusual . I have had some discharge similar to thrush.
