Brief Answer:
Palliative care/surgery may help ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

Dysphagia due to brain cancer to all sort of foods, means she has already developed either full blown metastasis or the part of brain that is controlling the balance is getting progressively damaged..At her age,we can only give her palliative care.
But i feel sorry for your mother though..

Speech therapy would help but to little extent...She has to undergo type 3 thyroplasty in order to improve her food intake and also speech..

Hope this helps..

Take care
Regards
