Posted on Mon, 21 Nov 2016
Question: I have developed a pain in my upper left hand quadrant of my abdomen. It is a dull pain that came on suddenly. This was before I ate anything. I have also developed pain in my nose, right ear and right eye that feels very heavy. These are all coming together. My oxygen fluctuates between 85% and 92%. My blood pressure is text book (120/79) and my temperature is 36.9 degrees. I am worried so please advise. I feel very faint and tired.

Brief Answer:
Possible Gastritis with GERD.Endoscopy required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

Many of your symptoms reflect the possibility of a Gall bladder or a Gastric issue.

Since you have a history of Gastritis with GERD, the possibility of your current symptom correlation is also high.

To evaluate this, I advise you to go for an upper git endoscopy.Further management is largely based on your test results.

Meanwhile, I prescribe oral pills of PANTOPRAZOLE once daily at before breakfast.

Rest of the symptoms can be a part FMD and NEAD's.

The currently medications like Buspirone and Venlafaxine are effective against these painful conditions will subside.

It's important to maintain your blood glucose and blood pressure under control.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
