Brief Answer:
More likely to be due to acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details provided. It could be occuring due to acid reflux and but is unlikely to be related to cardiac cause (if that is what you mean by chest cause). You would need careful clinical examination to confirm that it is nothing serious and I would suggest you to visit a doctor without delay. In the meantime taking prilosec (omeprazole) should be helpful.

Prilosec should provide relief.

Going by the decription it seems to be more in favour of reflux and prilosec is likely to help. You may wait and watch.

Hi

I seen today it was fine but now the dull ache in the same place has started i have not had any medication. Do you think this pain is heart related

Brief Answer:
An EKG will perhaps relieve your worries.

Detailed Answer:
I have already mentioned that I think it to be due to acid reflux. If in confusion you can definitely get a EKG and a cardiac checkup done.
