Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In Arm And Jaws

Question: I have dull pain in left arm with occasional sharp pain like a needle - its between the elbow and shoulder. Also yesterday had pain in front of chin (really jaw) that lasted a few hours and went away. Moving my arm does not affect the pain. Should i be concerned about my heart or consider it muscle pain.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.I think most probably it is muscular pain.You can take analgesics such as ibuprofen for pain relief.But as it is left arm pain and not affected by movements and you also got jaw pain you should be concerned about heart and got your heart function test.
