Answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
I can appreciate a pigmented patch on your back.
I need to ask you few questions:
Whether there is any history of itching or burning over the lesion?
Are you atopic?
Is there any history of insect bite?
Have you applied anything new on your body?
Are there any more lesions?
Are you taking medicines for some other ailment?
Are you having any other disease?
Kindly revert back with answers.

Brief Answer:
Either dry eczema or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Detailed Answer:
I don't think it is anything serious.
There are 2 possibilities: either a dry patch of eczema or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to something which has gone unnoticed.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to keep it moisturised by frequent use of moisturisers along with application of cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily.
