Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your blood pressure is staying on lower side which is most likely due to side effects of your current medication because it results in anemia and anemia is one of the common cause of low blood pressure.

Lyme disease can also be one cause of low blood pressure as it effects heart health and causes pericarditis or endocarditis which can result in low blood pressure.

It’s advisable for you to get an Echocardiography done to exclude and underlying heart disease and consult with your treating physician regarding your current medication if he can put you on other alternative drug Leflunomide which has less side effects.

Hopefully this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
