Question: My 75 year old mother suffers from dizziness, heavy head, hot flashes, heat in the feet... I am thinking it might be related to blood circulation, clogged blood vessels. Any thoughts?

Hello dear,
Hot flashes , vaginal dryness, bone pains are features of post menopausal syndrome.
Dizziness, heavy head may be due to cervical spondylosis or some primary tension type headache.
She need to be investigated for blood sugar, hypertension, vitamin B12 , vitamin D3, urea , creatinine.
Brain imaging may be required if some features suggestive of raised intracranial pressure or neurological deficits occurs.
Age related atherosclerosis is universal phenomenon and leads to clogged blood vessels.
You need to get theses investigations and consult a neurologist for clinical examination.
Other investigations if required can be decided later.
For treatment vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplementation along with Selective serotonin repute inhibitors may be used.
