Brief Answer:
Need MRI scan of brain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I understand your concern.

You have not received the right kind of drug so far to treat your symptoms.

I advise you to get an MRI scan of the brain for further analysis.

The symptoms in your case are pointing to cerebellar dysfunction.

Further definitive management is based only the test result.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Get serum B12 levels checked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can understand your concerns.

I strongly wish everything should resolve quickly.

HD rarely presents with gait imbalances and migraine like headaches.

But nevertheless, I advise you to get a genetic screening for HD(Huntington's disease).

Genetic testing (reported as the CAG repeat number for each allele) is now commercially available.

In meanwhile, I advise you to get tested for serum Vitamin B12 levels since many cases of imbalance actually result from spinal cord posterior column dysfunction secondary to vitamin B12 deficiency. This condition can be corrected with external B12 supplementation with a prompt reversal of symptoms.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
