Brief Answer:
Anaemia, hypoglycemia, BP need to be checked, dehydration, muscle strain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

Based on the information there are few possibilities that you can get it investigated or discuss with your physician.
I would like to know what diagnosis has been made by your consultant, that will give me general idea why arginine granules XXXXXXX is used.

Before that I would like to know since when you are facing this problem?
Does it occur all the time in a day or at particular time of day?
Are you having any medical illness? Or are you on any medication?
Is there any history of injury?

One being anaemia, it can present with similar symptoms I would like you to get HB estimation done it will give better picture. Second being hypoglycemia, you need to get random blood sugar investigation done. Third being Hypertension and as well as hypotension, so get your blood pressure checked. Fourth being dehydration, it can b related to the external environment, so I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and fluids.
Fifth being muscle strain. You should take NSAID like aceclofenac with muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone/ tizanidine twice daily for 3-5 days based on the responce. You can ask your local doctor for prescription of this agent. Along with this hot compression and analgesic gel or spray will be beneficial. This will help you.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
