Brief Answer:
Routine blood work/blood pressure/other history

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Though lightheadedness and episodic giddiness can be due to as basic issues as poor hydration and anxiety. However, blood pressure evaluation and routine blood work should be done at least.

Further, do you have any known disease? The symptoms as of now, are less likely indicative of Diabetes.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are not classical for Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Of course, the symptoms are not typical of Diabetes. However, its wiser to get a fasting blood sugar done.

Further,as I said, you need to maintain adequate water intake and manage your stress levels. That will likely improve your symptoms.Additionally, routine blood work should be done.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
