Brief Answer:
Need vestibular suppresants

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Generally after a flu attack and if having dizziness it means to have affected middle ear and piled up secretions.
In my clinic I would have given cinnarazine or betahistine kind of medicines for five days. these are safe except for causing drowsiness.
These are prescription based medicines so please see doctor for it. The ear spray otomizne may not work.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
