Question: My abdomen has puffed up and is really hard and my heart has been beating very strongly and fast, my heart has slowed down now but my abdomen is rock hard and bulging out, I also had a moment where I felt like I was leaving my body, I went completely numb and weak for a few seconds not long after it started, i lost complete feeling in my hands and i think my arms for a few seconds. My chest is also tight and quite heavy.
