Hi,

I have gone through the pictures you sent in and noted the beer belly.

Before running into final conclusions, I need to know if you are also having :
- bloating ?
- constipation?
- any tests done : abdominal ultrasound? Fecal examination?

Looking forward to have the requested information in.

Hi back
GERD is one of causes of distended abdomen , so please try to eat often but no large amount of food.
I recommend to do abdominal ultrasound to determine the size of liver and spleen.

Brief Answer:
Following answer to your queries...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Your symptoms may be related to GERD, gastritis or dyspeptic syndrome. Independent from all these you should continue with PPI, metoclopramide and reducing alcohol intake, because the treatment is the same for the three possible etiologies.

Wish you health!
