Suggest Treatment For Displacement Of Tubal Ligation Clip Due To Peristalsis

Question: i just got a x ray and there has been displacement of my tubal ligation clip from the right andexa into my left hemipelvis my doctor didnt read the report only looked at x ray a bleed in the right hip i have to get injection done and a tiny anterior hip effusion what should i do about this as i am 41 years old have 3 children dont want any more children my periods have been painful and range in heavy to light bleeding 7 to 12 days i was in a car accident 8 years ago were i had a hair line fractuer to my lower back /hip area ive had sacroiliac problems and have had injections 3/4 of them i also suffer from twitches mild to full body spasms the more i have the more painful it is im getting more and more frustrated of the pain every day it ranges from light to serve i aslo get very frustrated my doctor doesnt listen to me im on a range of medication celebrex cymbalta norspan patch 10 mg and mosysdol forte please help

The displacement of the clip from right to the left side can be due to displacement of the tubes due to the peristalsis of the gut. There is nothing to worry.
The treatment that you are getting for your pain is correct. The muscle relaxants and pain killers can help in reducing the pain. Once the pain subsides you can start with a regular physiotherapy to regain the muscle strength and to decrease the spasms. Consulting a neurologist will also help in treating the chronic nerve related pains.
