Question: I've recently noticed that my front teeth are being pushed forward, and was wondering why this is happening since they did not use to be like this? What can be done to fix them and is there anything that I can do at home myself? How can I stop my front teeth from being pushed out anymore? what is the most correct and affordable way to prevent it from further happening? my teeth are all alligned only thing is it has moved forwarded few weeks ago i started to notice. let me know how can i get my perfect smile? is it recommended to go for braces? i dont want to go for those braces which are visible and permanent and required to be worn all day long. how much it will cost? i am looking for something affordable.

Brief Answer:
periodontal issues, habits, orthodontic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.

As far as your problem is concerned, The possible reasons for the forwardly placed teeth can be the periodontal problems(gum infection, bone loss), habits like tongue thrusting, nail biting.

Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. If I am your treating doctor, I would suggest you to get radiographs done like OPG and Lateral cephalograph to see the bone level and status of all teeth.
Based on the radiographic findings we can plan the treatment. Since you are young, I would suggest you to go for orthodontic treatment(if the bone support around the teeth is good). If the bone support is not there, then you have to get the gum surgery done and later it can be corrected with braces.
I can understand your problem of wearing the braces for long time, but there are no other option to get it corrected. But you can get a braces which are not visible outside(braces are placed on the inner aspect of the teeth), but it will be too expensive.

The cost of the treatment varies from 25,000-1,00,000 depending upon the material and method used. If you want to get it done for a lower price, then you can go to educational dental institutes, where they do under nominal rice.

I hope my answer will help you, take care.

Brief Answer:
Upload the images, orhtodontic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
There is nothing called temporary braces. If you can upload the images of your upper and lower teeth, I can tell you whether you need braces or not.
If it is very minor tipping of teeth, there is no need of orthodontic treatment.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
