Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Please tell me if lower abdominal pain is associated with another signs and symptoms ,like urinary issue, defecation issue or other ?

As you describe it doesn't seem as a big issue .

At your age if you haven't any other symptoms it may be a urinary issue form menopause.

Have a urinalysis done to exclude any urine infection and take more sugarless liquids .

If urinalysis show infection ,contact with your health practitioner to treat it in the proper way.

All the best

I am able to move my bowels but with great strain most of the time. I urinate frequently but I drink milk and water a lot. No pain when I urinate . I have been passed menopause for years and have had my ovaries removed 2 years ago due to a benign cyst. I do not have appendix or gall bladder.Do you still think it's urinary?

Hi dear again and excuse for being late.
As I described you above lower abdominal pain with frequent urination even though you take much milk and other it may be a urinary infection.
Hence get a urinalysis with a urinoculture done to determine the cause of your symptoms and to treat it in the proper way.
Add in your diet and cranberry teas because they are good for urinary infection.
