Question: Hi, I have been having discomfort while I urinate for the past 10 days. It was more itchy before but now it burns a lot while I urinate. There is constant feeling of wanting to urinate and a tingling sensation.

Based on the facts that you have posted the burning and frequency for urination that you have is due to UTI.
Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

In between the last 10 days me and my fiancé were sexual active too! So I hope it hasn't increased because of that. And today when I wiped to clean after Urinating , it looked light pinkish! Is it something to worry about ?
