Suggest Treatment For Dilation Of Common Bile Duct

Question: I have dilation of common bile duct andain pancreatic duct up to the level of the pancreatic head/Duodenum. My CEA is 7.5 colonoscopy and endoscopy was done 2 biopsies done on colon and 1 in stomach should I be concerned I do have a family history of colon cancer Father aunt and great aunt pancreatic cancer

Hi
Since your cea is high and you are having a family history of Colon and pancreatic cancer I would advise you to do a pet scan.
If any space occupying lesion is found then biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.
