Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

As per your question that you have posted here,it appears that you have problem of keeping erection while attempting for sexual intercourse.

This is kind of problems are often due psychological or mind related and due to performance anxiety.

Below listed measures will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and have enjoyable sex.

1) Do regular exercises for about 30 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.

2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc

3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.

4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

In addition to above, you will also need to rule out certain medical causes,
like diabetes, hormonal problems, blood flow problems, vitamin deficiencies..

For this, I would advise you to have the following tests:

1) Basic blood tests - including haemoglobin, blood sugar, lipid profile (cholesterol), urea, creatinine, Vitamin B12 / folic acid levels, etc.
2) Testosterone levels - total and free testosterone
3) FSH / LH levels
4) Thyroid function tests
5) Ultrasound Doppler of the penis (to check for any blood flow problems)

These tests will give you a clear picture what your erection problem is due to - any hormonal factors or any other systemic or local problems in the penis.

If there is any medical diagnosis then further treatment can be planned.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get above basic tests done to rule out the cause of your problem.
