Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic.
I have gone through your query. You can give econorm XXXXXXX It contains probiotic bacteria which helps in normalizing intestinal bacteria and helps in controlling loose motions. But ORS should be given according to fluid loss by vomiting or diarrhoea.

But if frequency of diarrhoea increases better to go Emergency Room.Intravenous fluid replacement will be needed.I also give H2 blockers like ranitidine injections and anti emetic ondasetron if vomiting continues, in my patients.

Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
