Question: What can I take to stop loose motions. Had them after taking coricidin-d over a 48 hour period. The loose motions have been going on for 72 hours now

Hello

Maintaining hydration and electrolyte balance with increased oral fluid intake and some salt may be helpful. You can take Ready-mixed rehydration sachets (eg Dioralyte, Rehidrat).This is needed if there is dehydration or feeling of weakness.

Oral loperamide (Imodium) will help reducing intestinal motility and give symptomatic relief.

Have non spicy balanced diet.
