Question: issue: diarrhea with abdominal pain (from continuous cramps) in hypogastric region.

Pain (from cramps) and diarrhea rates kept increasing gradually over a period of 5 days, until it reached its highest unbearable severity on the 5th day.

stool analysis conclusion:
color: brown
consistency: loose
pus cells: 3-6 / Hpf
RBC: 13-16 / Hpf
Others: bacteria flora - rich

In addition, but could be unrelated, enlarged liver and spleen as a result from ultrasound.

Thank you for the query.

Your problem seems to be caused by other than bacterial infection issue. Especially that antibiotics did not help.
Cramps and diarrhea can be caused by partial bowels obstruction. Due to some narrow area in the intestine, stool needs to be pushed hard to get through it. This is why cramps are present.
At your age partial bowels obstruction can be caused by inflammatory bowels disease. As you have blood in stool, this is more possible.
That is why, next step in your diagnostics is abdominal X-ray and colonoscopy. If nothing will be found, enteroclysis (abdominal CT with oral contrast) should be also considered.
