Brief Answer:
Possibly Fungal infection due to wetness.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of gastroenteritis which is the infection of the intestine.

Stool analysis and culture are required to confirm the diagnosis. Management is with antibiotics (usually a combination of Cefixime and Metronidazole) for which you will need a prescription. So please be advised to follow up with the urgent care.

As per itch is concerned due to constant wetness around the area there seems to be fungal infection down there. Use Tinaderm lotion in that area and keep it dry by sprinkling antifungal powder.

Thanks
