Question: Traveling to UK tonight. will be there for a week. As we will be mostly outdoors there and the weather these days is cold, close to 0 degrees, please suggest how to keep my 10 months baby warm. Any special precautions to be followed in flight? what food can be given to baby on the go. I have packed with me cerelac and nan pro. please suggest few other options too

Brief Answer:
Keep warm clothes and socks

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand you are travelling tonight to UK.

As explained in the other answer you can use cerleac. But instead of nanpro use lactose free formula like zerolac or isomil till loose stools settle. Then you can switch back to nan pro.
To keep baby warm atleast three layers of clothes is must at zero degrees. Keep room always warm. Avoid taking her out frequently. Use socks and woollen gloves to keep her warm.

In flight continue with feeding and Ors as advised earlier. To minimise changes in ear pressure during take off and landing make her swallow liquids or water during take off and landing.
You can use cotton ear plugs too.

Other than that your flight journey shouldn't trouble her.
Wishing you and your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
