Brief Answer:
gastroenteritis?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the most common cause of this situation is gastroenteritis which is an infection of the intestines. Diarrhea, perhaps vomiting and fever are the main symptoms. Ear symptoms can sometimes be attributed to dehydration by diarrhea and inadequate fluid intake. Feeling hot and sweaty may mean fever or low blood pressure due to dehydration and the systemic effects of the infection.

If you also have abdominal pain, particularly in the lower left quadrant then diverticulitis is possible, which is a more serious inflammation of a diverticulum. Diverticulitis requires immediate medical attention. Gastroenteritis may get better without treatment. If you have fever then a visit to the doctor is recommended. Otherwise adequate fluid intake and avoidance of fiber, milk and fatty food will reduce the number of bowel movements. Use your urine density as a marker of adequate hydration. If your urine is too dense (dark yellow) then you need more water.

If no fever, no pain, no bloating and no blood in the stool has occurred then you can take some loperamide to relieve the diarrheas.

As always it's better to consult your doctor before taking any drugs.

I hope it helps!
