Question: iam a diabetic patient require medical advice

sir my medical history as follows
1. total abdominal hysterectomy for( multiple fibroid uterus) carcinoma uterus and radiotherapy in 2003
2.diabetes since 2004
3.hypothyroidism
4.ppi done on 2012 ( due to high sugar 500)
pl. require medical advice for regular medicine . and iam 51 years old

- You have mentioned blood sugar level is always 210 Please mention at what time?
- Detailed physical examination and history taking.
- Investigations
Fasting and post-prandial blood sugar level.
HbA1c
Complete blood count.
Renal function test.
Lipid Profile.
Ultra TSH.

Whatever prescription you have mentioned appears appropriate for you but there may be need for changes in medicines or dose depending upon physical examination and above test results.
