Brief Answer:
It is treatable condition

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I must inform you that presence of suicidal thoughts and sleeping difficulty can occur in multiple conditions among them depression is most common.

It will be proper if you can narrate other symptoms like loss of appetite disturbance, abnormal thoughts, irritability, loss of self esteem, hopelessness, worthlessness and decreased interest in pleasurable activities or inability to function.

These are important to quantify the severity of depression.

I also request you to provide some details about the ongoing issues (provided you are comfortable) and details of back injury.

Once I receive the required information will guide through the required action.
Thanks and regards.

Hello Doctor, Thanks for the response.
I do feel loss of appetite, not feeling hungry from last one week. Getting irritated really soon on small things. It feels as if someone has drained all my energy. I don't feel confident anymore. I feel like everything is messed up around me and my death is the only solution I have. I am continuously thinking about jumping off a building, having a road accident or hanging myself from a fan or cutting my wrist. The emotional overflow is too strong that I keep googling about way to kill myself. My whole body start shaking. Physical pain starts to ease my mental chaos.

I had an accident 2 years back and had a slipped disk on L5-S1. It was minor initially, but I fell multiple time post that, didn't followed the exercise routine religiously and It gradually increased. I do feel shooting pain till from my back to the sole of left foot. Currently struggling with my finances, bad health, family pressure to get married. My boyfriend and I was in a relationship from last 2 years. But he couldn't convinced his parents for our marriage. He finally dumped me. I feel alone and hopeless. I can't see my future anymore. I have no dreams, no hopes, nothing. I am scared. I am unable to trust anybody. I am not able to trust my own self. I am unable to focus on my job. I don't wanna die but then there is a strong emotional force where my head stops working. I live alone and now I am afraid of myself.

Should I take some medicines? Can that solve my problem?

Thanks,
XXXXX

From the clinical description I feel there is moderate to severe depression which can be treated with medications or medications plus psychotherapy.

Alike your post it is important to step out from the house and visit nearby psychiatrist in your city. He will run some important tests like thyroid function tests and CT scan before making a prescription.
