Brief Answer:
Kindly provide pictures and details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed irritant reaction due to the medication .
Please tell if you currently have itching or redness in the area since you might have to be treated for the reaction first .
If possible, please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

I do not have any redness or itching in the area.

I have uploaded the images.

Hoping that I will be able to get rid of this problem. Since I am getting married in November, this has been a concern for me to wear short sleeve dress or sleeveless dress.

Thank You,

Brief Answer:
Start treatment with lightening agent

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the pictures and details .
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to basically have dark axillas as compared to the surrounding skin .
Sunce you had earlier developed reaction due to topical lightening agents ,so I would suggest a milder lightening agent to you .
You can start application of kojic acid cream to the affected areas twice daily .
In addition, take oral vitamin c supplements once daily .
Avoid rubbing the affected areas .
Continue this treatment for atleast six to eight weeks to see good noticeable results.

Hope it helps

Please ask if you need any further clarifications

Also please prescribe what are the Vitamin C Supplements that I can take.

Will having orange juice everyday help? Or should I take any tablets?

If so please let me know the tablet name and the dosage which does not have any side effects.
