Suggest Treatment For Dark Underarms

Question: I have dark underarms, have used clop-s as advised by Doctor for almost an year but this does not have any effect. Is there a quicker solution for this?

Thanks for the query.
Dark underarms are a common problem.
I treat such cases with skin lightening creams and it gives good response.
You can use azealic acid 10% cream daily in night for a month.
Apply in night keep for half hour and then wash off.
Don't keep it over night.
In morning you can apply mometasone cream.

Thank you Doc. So is that azealic acid 10% cream the name of cream to be asked for? I enquired a nearby shop and they are not aware of this ? any alternate name ?
