My quesiton is , is it possible to have further surgery, or some kind of treatment to get 100% sensation back? its mainly in my thumb and index fingers.

Brief Answer:
I need to see your EMG reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having only partial recovery from your nerve injury. That is the reason that you do not have full sensation. Usually sensation comes after some time but as already few years has passed we need to get a new EMG/NCV test to confirm the diagnosis.
If there is any neuroma formation then some time there is only partial recovery. It can be repaired with surgery.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.
thanks
