Brief Answer:
Aspiration and dysphagia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Sir i have seen your report and according to that you need marked laryngeal framework reconstruction..epiglottic reconstruction needs great deal of expertise..it needs reconstruction using a flap and collaboration between an ENT SURGEON and a plastic surgeon..nerve reconstruction is also required..
U should consult a PHONOLOGIST or an Ent specialist..
There are other options like opening an alternate airway like a tracheostomy and closing the larynx from above..thus feeing will be possible..the decision what procedure should be done lies with the operating surgeon and on the examination..
Any further queries are always welcome
wishing you a speedy recovery
thanks and regards
