Brief Answer:
Sounds like a renal cyst that may require some attention, nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes, a CT scan will indeed be a wise next step. At this point in time, your doctors are suspecting the cyst to be active and possibly even growing or developing.

For this reason, a more specific investigation like a CT scan would greatly help. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, your doctor may choose to drain/aspirate it for a better prognosis.

I would also like to know if you have any questions, as you have not mentioned anything specific. I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Dr Khan: thank very much for your prompt answer. I feel a little better after reading the words " NOTHING SERIOUS. However I am worry that the cysts may be malignant. In my opinion the report is not very clear because the radiologist did not elaborate. ( they never do).

Again thank you very much.

Brief Answer:
Unfortunately we cannot really elaborate with just a sonogram report

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Haha, true but unfortunately for the radiologist, he/she cannot elaborate with just an ultrasound report in hand. For this reason, a more specific investigation like a CT scan is recommended.

The CT scan will provide us more information on whether this is something to worry about or not. But in my opinion, it is very rarely a worrying cause. I believe the CT will answer all questions for us, but things should not be serious sir, and I strongly hope and pray for that.

Best of luck sir.
