Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed that your penis bends on Lt side on erection.

1) Do you palpate any hard nodule in shaft of the penis ?
2) Have you ever tried to have sex with female partner?

Penis bends due to one of the two following conditions
1) Due to formation of plaque (Calcified nodules ) in shaft of the penis .
2) Disparity in length of Tunica albuginia (an envelop that covers the erectile tissue.).

If the curvature is less than 45 degrees and one is able to penetrate vagina it will not pose any difficulty in performing the sexual intercourse

If it is due to formation of plaques, it normally gets resolved without any treatment over a period of 2 years .

If it is due to disparity in length of Tunica Albugenia it needs to be corrected by surgery.

Thanks for feedback.I shall be able to make comments on curvature and need for surgery ,only after having look at the photograph of penis after erection .Please upload photograph of your erected penis to make precise comments.

It is difficult for patient himself to judge the curvature of penis .It is the qualified Urologist who on clinical examination will be able to estimate the curvature of penis .Please consult qualified urologist for clinical assessment and treatment if required .
