Brief Answer:
IT MAY HAVE BEEN A VASOVAGAL SHOCK

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting the query.

I have gone through your history and i see two possibilities for you getting that attack of dizziness and loss of vision attack.

One possibility is of blood sugar variations-Hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, both can cause such attacks.

Other possibility is of a vasovagal shock which may have occured due to severe gastric acid. In a few people, stomach acid, when increased to high levels can cause these dizziness attacks.

I suggest you to start taking antacid medicines immediately for 5 days.

Get your present blood sugar levels checked-both fasting and 2 hours post-prandial-Let me know the values.

The shin cramp may have been due to muscle strain or low calcium levels.

You can take calcium tablets and muscle relaxant medicines if you get any such cramps in future.

Do let me know if you have any further doubts regarding this question.

I hope the answer was useful.

Thank you.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
