Question: Hello, I am asking this for my husband. He is 42 years old, 5'8" and about 215lbs. He caught a cold about a day ago and his chest really hurts, it hurts when he talks, breathes or coughs. He has had a slight fever, fatigue and body aches, very congested.

Humidify the air of room and near e steamy sink to make the secretions loose and easily taken out.
Use decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine .
